I’m Kim Meek, and I am passionate about growth.
Growth is a path, a building of learnings, experiences, and results that are all connected. How we realize our aspirations and potential, deepen our wisdom, and build resilience serves us in all facets of life. I have walked this path personally and professionally. It is an honor to walk with my clients on their journeys.
I engage with individuals and organizations to achieve aspirational goals, elevate professional performance and unlock potential. I am known for my grounded candor and ability to assess challenging situations and see individuals and organizations from a holistic perspective.
My c-suite executive leadership experience and diverse consulting and coaching background span multiple business disciplines and environments at the operational and strategic levels. As an executive in both Information Technology and Strategy functions, I have lead teams and organizations through complex challenges and delivered results. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. I am also certified by Presence Based Coaching as a Certified Presence Based Coach. These experiences and credentials serve my clients in both my coaching and consulting work.
As a coach, I believe we miss opportunities for connection and more powerful outcomes because we operate with our heads and minimize our hearts and intuition. I have observed what possibilities can ignite when we can harness all of our centers of knowledge. Through my work with clients, I help them recognize these sources as powerful allies and integrate them into new ways of being. They are more present and confident and leverage their resources in new ways that enable being and acting more purposefully. It gives me great satisfaction to help clients burst through limiting beliefs and practices, move beyond their comfort zone and choose growth.

As a consultant, I have partnered with my clients in various situations when they need an experienced, trusted third party. They retain me to lead or advise them on strategic and operational initiatives or deliver specific business management results. My clients include business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies with very different cultural environments at different stages in their business life cycles. I help businesses resolve complex problems, implement processes that work, and scale to the next level. I also provide interim executive leadership services.
